Limelight: She claims she never sought the limelight. (p)

Forbidding: She’s very nice, but because she has a forbidding manner she’s slow in making friends. (p)

Gasbag 夸夸其谈的人

Gauche 笨拙的, 不善社交的, 不够机智的

He is so gauche that everybody couldn’t stand him.
